1 Year On-Site Warranty (All Taxes Included)
Complab Infotech provides a 1 Year On-Site Warranty, inclusive of all applicable taxes, starting
from the date of the invoice.
Warranty Coverage
The following components are covered under warranty: – Motherboard – Processor – RAM – Internal storage
(HDD / SSD) – Display panel (excluding physical damage) – Keyboard and touchpad (non-physical damage
only)
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Physical or liquid damage
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Battery performance degradation due to normal usage
- Power adapter damage caused by voltage fluctuations
- Software issues due to user-installed applications
- Unauthorised repair or modification
Warranty Claim Process
- Customer must contact support via phone or email
- Original invoice copy is mandatory
- Product inspection is required before approval
- The repair or replacement decision will be at Complab Infotech’s discretion
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for DOA (Dead on Arrival) products
- DOA issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be returned in its original condition with accessories
- No returns or refunds for change of mind
