Return & Replace Policy

At Complab Infotech, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, our Return & Replacement Policy is designed to provide you with a smooth and transparent process.

 


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Products sold “as is” or marked Final Sale.

  • Software, licenses, or digital products are once activated.

  • Consumables and accessories once opened/used.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use after delivery.


3. Process for Return or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via:

  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the product (if defective or damaged), and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our support team will verify the details and issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) if eligible.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.


4. Replacement & Refund Options

  • Replacement: If the product is found defective or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).

  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund, including applicable shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), Complab Infotech will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to the customer’s choice (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.

  • Complab Infotech reserves the right to deny a return or replacement if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Partial refunds may apply in cases of missing accessories or damage not reported at the time of delivery.
